Similarly, it can be hightly effective in relieving physical symptoms such as headaches, gastrointestinal problems or high blood pressure.

 

About the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program

In this Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program, you’ll learn to cope with stress, pain and illness by drawing upon your inner resources. Closely modeled after the world-reknowned stress reduction program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D., this approach combines breath awareness, meditation, yoga and other mind-body methods to help you achieve serenity, health and well-being in your everyday life.
