This course on Resiliency will cover the science behind time-tested tools for uncovering extraordinary depths of wisdom, inner peace, compassion and joy. In each session you will learn and practice resiliency skills that you can integrate into your daily life.

You will discover the many benefits of living a meaningful life by enhancing your capacity to cultivate experiences of:

  • Loving-kindness
  • GratitudeInner

  • Mindful Eating

This 12-week series can be taken as individual classes or as a complete series.
INSTRUCTOR: Karen Sothers, MEd, E-RYT, earned a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Kansas State University and a Masters of Education in Health from Vanderbilt University. Karen has dedicated more than 20 years to helping people integrate resiliency, mindfulness, and vitality into daily living. She has a life-long passion of helping others discover their deepest personal sense of meaning and purpose in life.
