Daytime Option: Tuesdays, May 10 – June 28, 10:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Evening Option: Tuesdays, May 10 – June 28, 6:00 p.m.– 8:30 p.m.
Day of Mindfulness (for both daytime and evening groups): Saturday, June 18, 9:30am – 4:30p.m.
